Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. This policy sits alongside our Terms of service (section 5).

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. For delivery to other locations, please contact info@senecaenterprise.com before ordering so we can confirm availability and cost.

Timescales

Unless we agree otherwise, we deliver within 30 days of accepting your order. Many of our products are built, configured or provisioned to order; for these we will give you an estimated date (private-network systems, for example, are typically built to order, so please allow around 30 days). We will confirm dispatch and any tracking details.

Risk and problems in transit

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If your order has not arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, please contact info@senecaenterprise.com with your order number and we will put it right.
